Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and their marriage was solemnized on 27.03.2014 and due to matrimonial disput e between the parties, the case has been foisted and the case arises out of complaint petition and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner and therefore, taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioner, the anticipatory bail application may be favourably considered.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for the respective pa rties, nature of accusation against the petitioner and the fact that the case arises out of ma trimonial dispute, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connec tion with the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000 /- (rupees five thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfacti on of the arresting officer with further conditions that he shall make himself available for i nterrogation by the I.O. as and when required and he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to di ssuade him from disclosing any facts to the Courts or to the Investigating Officer.
