2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sections
341/323/326/294/342/379/506/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No.1350/2015 of the court of learne
d S.D.J.M., Khurda arising out of Khurda P.S. Case No.597/2015.
3. Keeping in view the nature of allegations made against petitioner nos.2 to 4, the fact t
hat the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature and they are permanent
residents of village Gurujanga Bhoi Sahi and there is no chance of their absconding from justi
ce, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of their arrest, they sha
ll be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just an
d proper by him in the aforesaid case.
4. As far as petitioner no.1-Litu Nayak is concerned, he is a history-sitter and there are t
hree other cases pending against him. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory
bail to him. Accordingly, his application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
