 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 328, 376(1), 326(2)(j) and 506 of the I.P.C. read with Section 67 of the Information Tec
hnology Act, 2000 in G.R. Case No.1317 of 2015 of the court of S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, arising ou
t of Gondia P.S. Case No.156 of 2015.

 Perused the records, especially the statement of the victim girl recorded by the Assis
tant Registrar (Admn.) of the High Court in pursuance of the direction given by this Court. It
 is apparent from the record that the victim girl has already married the petitioner and becau
se of some misunderstanding arising out of family disturbance, F.I.R. has been filed. It is fu
rther stated by the girl that she is leading a happy conjugal life with her husband. She has a
lso filed an affidavit that they have married on 03.02.2016 in Siva Temple situated in Dhenkan
al town and they are now living as wife and husband. The petitioner has also filed another aff
idavit admitting the fact and has undertaken that he will not torture, desert or misbehave the
 girl in future.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the fact of the case, the application
for anticipatory bail is allowed. It is directed that on the event of arrest, the petitioner s
hall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresti
ng Officer.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
