Considering the submissions and viewing all other relevant facts in th
e absence of any other impediment, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petit
ioner in connection with the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail on executing bond of
Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction
of the arresting officer with further conditions that he will not directly or indirectly make
any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to
dissuade him from disclosing any facts to the courts or to the investigating officer. It is a
lso directed that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousan
d only) by 10th January, 2017 with the Odisha Gramya Bank, Bilahat Branch, P.S.Kisannagar, Di
strict Cuttack and the balance dues will be cleared by the petitioner by depositing a sum of R
s.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) every month and such deposit shall be made in the first week of
every succeeding month on submission of receipt before the I.O. till total clearance of the l
oan dues. The petiotner shall also appear before the I.O. on the last Sunday of every month in
between 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. till clearance of the loan dues. The petitioner if violates any of
the terms and conditions of this order, the same would entail cancellation of bail.
