2. 15.12.2016 The petitioners being the in-laws having been
implicated in G.R. Case No. 1873 of 2016 arising out of Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No. 378 of
2016 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 498-A/307/34 IPC and section
4 of D.P.Act pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara have filed this application
under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Gover
nment Advocate. Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of acc
usations and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impedime
nt, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court below within f
ifteen days hence in the above case, they be released on bail with such terms and conditions a
s would be deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case with further conditions t
hat they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
