ng Counsel for the State.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences u
nder Sections 363, 366, 506, 294, 342, 376(2)(n) and 37934 of the IPC read with Section 4 of t
he Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act in G.R. Case No.1053 of 2015 of the court o
f learned Special Judge-Cum-District and Sessions Judge, Bhadrak, arising out of Bhadrak (R) P
.S. Case No.323 of 2015.

 In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw
 the anticipatory bail application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Special Judg
e-Cum-District and Sessions Judge, Bhadrak and apply for bail so that his bail application sha
ll be considered and disposed of.

 In that view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of a
s withdrawn. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before to surrender before the learn
ed Special Judge-Cum-District and Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in the aforesaid case within 21 work
ing days hence and pray for bail. On such event, his application shall be considered and dispo
sed on the same day.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
