 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sect
ions 498-A, 506 and 313/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in G.R. Ca
se No. 316 of 2016 of the court of S.D.J.M., Banki, arising out of Banki P.S. Case No.226 of 2
016.

 It is apparent from the records that offence under Section 313 of the I.P.C. is well ma
de out against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the complainant.
 Keeping in view the punishment prescribed for the aforesaid offences and greater and la
rger interest of the State and Society, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail
to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
