17.11.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Govern
ment Advocate for the State.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 341, 294, 323, 336, 354 and 506 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.1070 of 2016 of the co
urt of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher, arising out of Kaniha P.S. Case No.159 of 2016.

 The petitioner is a permanent resident of village Derang, (Bol), PS-Kaniha, Di
st.-Angul and there is no chance of his absconding from justice. There is no allegation on beh
alf of the State that the petitioner will tamper with the prosecution evidence, if he is relea
sed on bail.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, applica
tion for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesa
id case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
 deemed just and proper by him.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
