stered by the I.I.C., Mahila P.S., Sambalpur as P.S. Case No.41 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.
Case No.2538 of 2016 of the court of S.D.J.M., Sambalpur.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 498-A, 506 and 294/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in
G.R. Case No.2538 of 2016 of the court of S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, arising out of Sambalpur Mahila
P.S. Case No.41 of 2016.
Keeping in view the nature of allegation, facts of the case and the fact that the peti
tioner is a permanent resident of Village- Buromal, Badsahir, P.S. Sadar, Dist. Sambalpur and
there is no chance of his fleeing from justice and there is no allegation that the petitioner
shall tamper with the prosecution evidence if he is released on bail, the anticipatory bail ap
plication is allowed. It is directed on the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released
on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
