earned counsel for the State.
The petitioner in this case having been implicated in Naugaon P.S. Case No.38
of 2015, corresponding to G.R. Case No.310 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jagat
singhpur, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 498-A/494/29
4/323/506/34 of IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act, has filed this petition for his release on pre-
arrest bail.
Considering the facts and submissions made, especially the nature of accusatio
n, character of supportive materials appearing against the petitioner and circumstances in whi
ch the offences alleged to have been committed, this Court directs that if the petitioner surr
enders before the court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence and makes a motion f
or bail, the court concerned shall release him on bail in connection with the aforesaid case o
n such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
