The petitioner in this case having been implicated in Khantapada P.S.
Case No.339 of 2012 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2634 of 2012 pending in the court of learned
S.D.J.M., Balasore for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 143/ 353/ 294
/ 283/ 506 of the I.P.C. read with Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, has filed this
petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.
Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that if
the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin over the matter within four weeks hence
and makes a motion for bail, the court concerned shall release him on bail in connection with
the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is, accordingly, disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
