2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/294/323/326/307/506/149 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B) and 27 of the Arms Act in G .R. Case No.345/2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kodala arising out of Kabisuryanagar P. S. Case No.123/2015.
3. Perused the records. It is apparent from the record that there are three cases pending a gainst petitioner no.1 and ten cases each against petitioner nos.2 and 3. 4. Keeping in view the criminal antecedent of the petitioners and as there is likelihood of committing further offence in future, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, their application for anticipatory bail is rejected. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
