06.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Govern
ment Advocate.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 341, 294, 323, 354, 506 and 307/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.420 of 2015 of the
court of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir, arising out of Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.183 of 2015.
 No criminal antecedent is reported against the petitioners. The injury sustain
ed by the injured is simple in nature. It is apparent from the record that the co-accused has
been released on anticipatory bail in ABLAPL No.9599 of 2015 dated 21.08.2015.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, facts of the case and the fact th
at the petitioners are permanent residents of village Makadchuan, PS-Bolangir Sadar, Dist-Bola
ngir and there is no chance of their absconding from justice, application for anticipatory bai
l is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be r
eleased on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and prope
r by him.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
