This application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of the order dated 05.11.2015
passed in W.P.(C) No.22316 of 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in Paragraph-3 of the aforesaid orde
r inadvertently in place of 50% it has been mentioned as 30%. This being an inadvertent mista
ke, the same is corrected to the above effect. The rest part of the order shall remain unalte
red.

Accordingly, the Misc. Case is disposed of.
