 Petitioner in the writ petition challenged the notice of eviction dated 13.10.
2015 issued by Tahasildar, Jharigan in Encroachment Case No. 60 of 2015.
 In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty m
ay be granted to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order of eviction.
 Since the impugned order is appellable one it is open to the petitioner to fil
e an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today in such ev
ent the appeal shall be considered in accordance with the law. Status quo as on date the land
in question shall be maintained by the parties for a period of four weeks from today.
