2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of opposite
 party nos.1 and 2 in not taking any action against opposite party no.3 who is in unauthorized
 occupation over Government land bearing Plot No.118 of Mouza Chhatabar in the district of Kh
urda for which the petitioner is unable to move outside from his land which leads to the publi
c road.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed a representation before the Tahasildar, Jatni opposite party no.2 on 05.10.2012 under Annexure-4 highlighting all his grievance, no action has been taken as yet.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion with regard to merits of the case
, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Jatni - opposite party n
o.2 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 05.10.2012 under Annexure-4 in
 accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks f
rom the date of production of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Peti
tion after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.
