The petitioner files this writ application seeking for a direction to opposite party No
s. 1 and 2 to release her salary components from 17.10.1998 keeping in view the ratio decided
in the case of State of Orissa v. Pradipta Kumar Sutar and others, F.A.O. No. 614 of 2012, dis
posed of on 24.4.2014 and in the case of Debendranath Barik V. State of Orissa and others and
grant the differential arrear salary within a stipulated time.
Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the grievanc
e, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party No. 2 vide Annexure-4 and no dec
ision has yet been taken.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the contentions raised, this Court disposes of the writ petition direct
ing opposite party No. 2 to dispose of the representation stated to have been filed by the pet
itioner vide Annexure-4 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this
order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party No. 2 shall be filed within a week.Issue urgent copy as per Rules.1
