By order dated 3.3.2010, though the Commissioner Consolidation and Settlement,
Orissa, Cuttack remanded R.P.Case No.211 of 2009 with a direction to the Tahasildar, Pattamun
dai to dispose of the case in accordance with law, but the case was not disposed of. Thereafte
r, the petitioner filed a writ application, being W.P.(C) No.25514 of 2013 before this Court.
The same was disposed of on 27.11.2013 with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to dispose
of the case within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the
order.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though certified copy of the o
rder was produced before the opposite party no.2, but till today the case has not been dispose
d of.
Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the State seeks time for compliance of the orde
r.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the opp
osite party no.2 to dispose of the R.P.Case No.211 of 2009 within a period of three months fro
m today, failing which, contempt proceeding shall be initiated against him.
