Heard Mr.Kar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Mishra, learned Addit
ional Government Advocate for the State.
Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that R.P.No.1936 of
1993 has already been transmitted to the Office of the Tahasildar, Danagadi in the district of
Jajpur.
In view of the fact that the aforesaid case has already been transmitted, it is open to the petitioners to pursue the same.
The petition is dismissed.
