The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed an application for
mutation before the Tahasildar, Puri, but the same has not been registered.
On 7.4.2015, a Bench of this Court directed the Additional Standing Counsel to
take instruction as to whether the mutation application has been registered or not. Since no
instruction was issued, on 2.11.2015, this Court directed personal appearance of the Tahasilda
r, Puri.
Pursuant to that order, Mr.Subhananda Mohapatra, Tahasildar, Puri appears in p
erson and files a Misc.Case in Court today stating therein that no such mutation case has been
filed. The Misc.Case be kept on record. Office is directed to register the same.
Faced with such situation, Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner sub
mits that on instruction, he has filed this petition.
The conduct of the petitioner is highly deplorable. The petitioner is warned n
ot to utilize the process of Court in future.
The petition is dismissed.
