 Heard.

 The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction upon the opposite p
arties to give upper age relaxation for consideration of the candidature as Sikhya Sahayak.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court vide order dated 02.0
3.2015 in W.P.(C) No.22214 of 2014 has passed an order in the similar issue.
 Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department has not disputed this asp
ect of the matter and has fairly submitted that if the petitioner will approach before the opp
osite party no.2- State Project Director, OPEPA, Bhubaneswar, the grievance of the petitioner
will be looked into and if at all the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case in W
.P.(C) No. 22214 of 2014 and if the writ petitioner in W.P.(C) No.22214 of 2014 has been given
 benefit of the said order, the grievance of the petitioner will also be considered.

 On such submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner
to file representation before the opposite party no.2- State Project Director, OPEPA, Bhubanes
war bringing therein along with supporting documents and the order passed by this Court in W.P
.(C) No.22214 of 2014 within three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this or
der.

 The concerned opposite party shall take decision in

accordance with law within a reasonable period of eight weeks from the date of representation.
 It goes without saying if the other similarly situated candidates have been given bene
fit of relaxation in age in terms of the order passed by this Court, the case of the petitione
r will also be considered.
