This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the opposite parties challeng
ing action of the authorities by which geographical area of the centre in question has been ch
anged.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he ha
s already represented vide Annexure-4 series but no decision has been taken.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted if no decision has yet bee
n taken by the authorities, decision in accordance with law shall be taken within a stipulated
period.
On such submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty
to the petitioner to approach the competent authority raising her entire grievance along with
all supporting documents as well as copy of this writ petition within a period of three weeks
from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The concerned authority shall take a decision in accordance with law w
ithin a reasonable period, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of presenta
tion of representation by the petitioner after giving opportunity of being heard and communica
te the same to the petitioner by passing a speaking order within the time stipulated.
