21.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate for the State.
Challenge is made to the order dated 15.10.2014 passed by the Tahasildar, Jha
rigaon, opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4. Against the said order, appeal lies to the Sub-Co
llector, Nabarangpur.
In view of the same, this Court disposes of the writ petition granting liberty
to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur within a period of
one month from today. In the event, the appeal is filed within the stipulated period, the Sub-
Collector, Nabarangpur shall do well to dispose of the same on merit within three months there
after.
