In course of hearing, Mr.Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits tha
t the petitioner has not signed in the compromise petition. His signature was taken in a blank
paper. The opposite party no.1 perpetrated fraud in the Court, whereafter order of compromise
was passed. He seeks to withdraw this writ application to file a suit.
Let him to do so.
The writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
