h a direction to Commissioner, Land Records, Survey and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack, opposite
party no.1 to dispose of R.P. Case No.1039 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible preferably wit
hin a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
