 revenue.

 It is brought to our notice by Mr.Dalai, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for th
e revenue that the dispute between the revenue and the Opp. Party has been resolved by way of
a settlement between the parties, copy of which has been filed along with a Memo enclosing the
reto the terms of the settlement under Section 102 of the OVAT Act, 2004.
 Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the revenue wants to withdraw this revision
 in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties and the same is dismissed as withdrawn

or the revenue.

 Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned Addl. Standing Counsel f
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
