Mr. T.K. Praharaj, learned Additional Standing Counsel is present on behalf of the Sta
te-appellant. He submits that the State does not want to proceed further in the matter and wan
ts to settle it by accepting the impugned award dated 18.7.2002 passed by the learned Civil Ju
dge (Senior Division), Keonjhar in L.A. M.J.C. No.52 of 2001. The State further agrees to make
the payment within a period of four months. Accordingly, he files a Memo, which be kept on re
cord.
The matter is disposed of accordingly.
