This case is taken up today in the 3rd National Lok Adalat.
Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel is present on behalf of the State-a
ppellant. She submits that the State does not want to proceed further in the matter and wants
to settle it by accepting the impugned award dated 21.8.2000 passed by the learned Civil Judge
(Senior Division), Sambalpur in L.A. Misc. Case No.30 of 1986. The State further agrees to ma
ke the payment within a period of four months.
The matter is disposed of accordingly.
