Mr T.K. Praharaj, learned Additional Standing Counsel is present on behalf of the Stat
e-appellant. He submits that the State does not want to proceed further in the matter and want
s to settle it by accepting the impugned award dated 11.11.2002 passed by the learned Civil Ju
dge (Senior Division), Nuapada in M.J.C. No.29 of 2001. The State further agrees to make the p
ayment within a period of four months. Accordingly, he files a Memo, which be kept on record.
The matter is disposed of accordingly.
