It is alleged that the petitioner has purchased a piece of land from Manoranjan Moha patra by playing fraud, though the said land belongs to the informant.

Investigation in the case is stated to have progressed substantially.

It is submitted at the Bar that there are civil litigations at the stage of Second A ppeal, so far as the land in question is concerned.

Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
 the petitioner and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that the petitio
ner shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Baripada in G.R. Case No.1151 of 2015 o
n such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
