 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of evidence, factu
m of permanent residence of the petitioner and stage of the proceeding, it is directed that th
e petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Sonepur in S.C. Case No.
26 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including the conditions tha
t, the petitioner shall appear before the I.I.C., Tarva Police Station in person twice in week
 on the date and time fixed by the said I.I.C. till

 conclusion of the trial in all the case pending against him and on such appearance, he
 shall give stock of all his previous days before the I.I.C. and he shall not involve himself
in similar or any other offence during currency of this order.
 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
