Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no record of past criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

 Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
 the petitioner and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petit
ioner shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in G.R. Case No.975 of 201
5 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
