Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioner and the stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioner shall be r
eleased on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara in S.T. Case No.309 of 2015 on such
terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
