02.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pani, learned Additional Standing C ounsel for the Vigilance Department. The petitioner was trapped by the Vigilance officials while taking bribe of Rs.8,000
/- (eight thousand) from the complainant.
Investigation in the case is stated to have progressed substantially.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, nature of evidence and the factu
m of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be relea
sed on bail by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhawanipatna in G.R. Case No.24/2015 (v)
on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
