02. 23.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and l
earned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable under Sections
380/34, IPC.
Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Motu in G.R. Case No. 17 of 2015 on such terms
and conditions as deemed just and proper including the conditions that :-
(i) the petitioner being a permanent resident under Malkangiri P.S., is directed to appear bef
ore the I.I.C., Malkangiri P.S once in a week on the day and time fixed by the said I.I.C, til
l conclusion of trial in the present case; and
(ii) he shall not involve himself in similar or any other offence during currency of this orde
r.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order to learned IIC, Malk
angiri P.S., for compliance.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
