03. 06.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and l
earned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she is implica
ted in the offence punishable under Sections 302/304-B IPC and other allied offences.
The case is stated to have been committed to the Court of Sessions in the mean
time.
The father-in-law of the deceased is stated to have released on bail in the me
antime and the present petitioner is stated to be similarly circumstanced with him.
Considered the materials placed by the learned counsel for the parties
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permane
nt residence of the petitioner, stage of proceeding and the fact that the present petitioner i
s a lady, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Sessions
Judge, Sambalpur in S.T. Case No.163 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and
proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
