The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 364-A, I.P.C. and
other allied offences.
The case is stated to have been committed to the Court of Sessions in the meantime.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioner and the stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the petitioner shall be r
eleased on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in S.T. No.204 of 2014 on such terms an
d conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
