05.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 121/121-A/124-A/34 , I.P.C. and other allied offences. In the meantime, Abello Gamango, Sudarshan Mandal, Kandra Dalabehera @ Paster, K. An
ita @ Klari Majhi and some other co-accused persons, who are similarly circumstanced with the
present petitioner, are stated to have been released on bail, as it is fairly submitted at the
Bar.
The case is stated to have been committed to the Court of Sessions in the meantime.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioner, ground of parity and the stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the pet
itioner shall be released on bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar in S.T. No.
131 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
