 18.11.2015 As both the Bail Applications relate to the same petitioner, they are taken up toget
her for disposal by this common order.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.
 The petitioner in both the aforesaid Bail Applications is implicated in offence puni
shable under Section 395/414, I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested in Sason P.S. Case No.32 of
2015 (subject matter in BLAPL No.3288 of 2015). On such arrest, he was remanded in another ca
se, i.e. Rengali P.S. Case No.108 of 2014 (subject matter in BLAPL No.3279 of 2015). In the a
foresaid Sason P.S. case the petitioner has not been identified in the T.I. parade, but the co
-accused who has been identified in the T.I. parade is stated to have been granted bail in the
 meantime.

 Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
 Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
 the petitioner and completion of investigation in the meantime, it is directed that the petit
ioner in both the aforesaid Bail Applications shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M
., Sambalpur in G.R. Case Nos.2264 of 2014 and 574 of 2015 respectively on such terms and cond
itions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

 Both the Bail Applications are disposed of accordingly.
