19.8.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for th
e State.

2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341
/294/324/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No.442/2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C., J
ajpur Road arising out of Jajpur Road P.S. Case No.163/2015.
3. No criminal antecedent is reported against the present petitioner. The injury sustained
 by the injured is simple in nature. The petitioner is a permanent resident of village Kurama
 in the district of Nayagarh. Hence there is no chance of his absconding from justice.

4. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, nature of the allegations made and the fa
cts of the case, application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the p
etitioner in the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such
 terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.
 The ABLAPL is disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
