This is an application for modification of the order passed on 18.08.2015 in ABLAPL No
. 9969 of 2015.
It is directed that the word Sambalpur mentioned after the words S.D.J.M. in 2nd, 3rd
and 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted and in its place Sundergarh be inserted. T
he order be corrected by office.
It is further directed that the petitioners are granted liberty to surrender before th
e learned S.D.J.M, Sundergarh as directed in order dated 18.08.2015 within fifteen days from t
oday. The aforesaid order is modified accordingly.
The Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
