03. 14.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the
State.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.14 of 2015
on the file of learned Special Judge, Parlakhemundi registered under Sections 143/341/294/ 32
3/354-B/506/149, I.P.C. read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to some
village dispute all the family members have been arrayed as accused with concocted allegations
. It is also submitted that a counter case has been filed for the same occurrence.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is direc
ted that the petitioners on surrender before the learned Special Judge, Parlakhemundi in G.R.
Case No.14 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thou
sand) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the
condition that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the
purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
