09.09.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate for th
e State.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under S
ections 341, 294, 506 and 436/34 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No.191 of 2015 of the court of S.D
.J.M., Jajpur, arising out of Dharmasala P.S. Case No.49(2) of 2015.
Learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that in the meantime investigation of the ca
se has been completed and the Investigating Officer has come to the conclusion that the allega
tions made by the informant are false and hence he has submitted final report in this case.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, the application for anticipatory bail has
become infructuous.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed having become infructuous. The interim order date
d 12.05.2015 stands vacated.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
Misc. Case No. 1536 of 2013
09.01.2014 Heard.
In the interim, it is directed that there shall be stay in realization of fine amount
as directed by the learned Second Addl. Sessions Judge, Puri in S.T. Case No.10/174 of 2011 in
his judgment dated 28.11.2013 till disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
The Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
