 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

 The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.127 of 2014 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Athagarh registered under Section 379, I.P.C.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been implicated in the case basi
ng on the statement of the co-accused.

 As per the report of the investigation, the stolen motorcycle was seized from the posses
sion of the co-accused.

 Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner on
 surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh in C.T. Case No.127 of 2014 shall be released
 on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like am
ount to the satisfaction of the said court with the conditions that he shall appear before the
 Investigating Officer on next two following Sundays for the purpose of investigation and shal
l not involve himself in any act of the alleged type.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
