03.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.395 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.,
 Nayagarh registered under Sections 341/294/354/ 323/324/379/506/34, I.P.C.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.2 is step mother-in-
law of the informant and petitioner no.1 is the son of the step mother-in-law and that due to
family dispute, false allegations have been made against them.

 Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh in G.R. Case No.395 of 2015 sha
ll be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one sur
ety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they sha
ll appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigati
on.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
