 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioner has prayed to be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Par
adeep P.S. Case No.177/2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.897/2015 pending in the Court of lea
rned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga for alleged commission of offences under Sections 294/323/506, I.P.
C. and 3(I)(X) of SC & ST (PA) Act.

Perused the F.I.R.

 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made, I direc
t that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga by 23rd November,
 2015 and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) wi
th two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga in t
he aforesaid case with conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation a
nd shall not commit similar offence or any other offence while on bail.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
