In this writ petition, the petitioner assails the inaction of the opp. party
no. 3 refusing to accept the decree dated 8.8.2013 passed in C.S. No. 461 of 2012 by the lea
rned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baripada.
Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will furnish d
etails of the suit property and the valuation of the suit before the District Sub-Registrar, B
aripada, Mayurbhanj within a month from today.
On furnishing such particulars, the District Sub-Registrar, Baripada, Mayurbha
nj shall registered the same in terms of the direction of the concerned court.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
