aken up for disposal by this common order.

 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioners have prayed to be released on anticipatory bail in connection with C
uttack Mahila P.S. Case No.106(5)/2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1819/2015 pending in the
Court of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under Sections 498(A)
/313/323/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

 Perused the F.I.R.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage took place in the year
 2002 and the husband of the informant is an employee of the Police Commissionerate. Admittedl
y, all the petitioners were not residing with the victim lady.

 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, I dire
ct that if the petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack by 23rd November,
 2015 and move for bail, they shall be released on bail of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) e
ach with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack
 in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as would be fixed by the trial court.
 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
