 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
 The petitioner is stated to be the father-in-law of the informant.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegat
ions against the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by t
he Arresting Officer, in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just
and proper, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case
No.528 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda.
