 This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and nature of allegations,
 it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of his arrest by th
e Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in connection with
Rambha P.S. Case No.106 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.348 of 2013 pending in the court
 of the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote.
 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
